Privacy Policy
Effective: April 2026
Peptide Solutions ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use and share it, the choices you have, and how we protect it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
- Identity & contact data: name, email, phone number.
- Shipping data: street address, city, state, ZIP, country.
- Order data: items purchased, payment method selected, payment confirmation references, order notes, and your Research-Use-Only acknowledgments (with timestamp and a hashed IP).
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, referring URLs, and basic usage logs collected by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
- Communications: messages you send us via the contact form or email.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age. We do not collect government IDs, social security numbers, or full payment card numbers — payments are handled peer-to-peer outside this website.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to: process and fulfill orders; verify payment; ship products; send transactional notifications (order confirmation, payment, shipping, support); comply with legal obligations; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or abuse; and improve our site and services.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf — including our cloud database and hosting provider, transactional email provider, and shipping carriers — under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Legal & safety — when required to comply with applicable law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Peptide Solutions or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use only essential cookies and local storage to operate the site (cart contents, session, age/research-use acknowledgment). We do not use third-party advertising, cross-site tracking, or behavioral targeting cookies.
5. Data Retention
We retain order and acknowledgment records for as long as required to fulfill our legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations — typically a minimum of seven (7) years. Inquiries received via our contact form are retained for up to two (2) years. Suppression-list entries (for unsubscribe and bounce handling) are retained indefinitely.
6. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access, and audit logging — to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; you use this site at your own risk.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (a) access the personal information we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion (subject to our legal retention obligations); (d) opt out of marketing communications; (e) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@pepplugsolutions.com. We will verify your identity before responding.
8. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the sources, purposes, and categories of recipients; the right to delete; the right to correct; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA); and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. Submit verifiable requests to privacy@pepplugsolutions.com.
9. Breach Notification
In the event of a personal-data breach affecting your information, we will notify you without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.
10. International Visitors
Our services are intended for users in the United States. Information is processed and stored in the United States. By using this site from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.
