These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Buyer," "you") and Peptide Solutions ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing this website, creating an order, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase any product.
1. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or authorized purchasing agent of a licensed research institution, and have full legal authority to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected misrepresentation of identity or intended use.
2. Research Use Only
All products sold by Peptide Solutions are supplied strictly For Research Use Only (RUO) in controlled in-vitro laboratory and forensic research settings. Products are not drugs, not food, not cosmetics, not dietary supplements, and not intended for human administration, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or condition. Products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority for any such use.
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to: (a) administer any product to a human or animal; (b) repackage, relabel, or resell any product to consumers or unqualified parties; (c) use any product in any clinical, therapeutic, cosmetic, or food application; (d) export or re-export any product in violation of U.S. or international law; (e) misrepresent the nature or intended use of any product in any communication.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted only upon our confirmation and successful receipt of payment. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, and supported cryptocurrencies, each sent peer-to-peer to the handle provided after order placement. We do not process credit card transactions on this site. All payments are final once submitted; refunds and disputes are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon the carrier's acceptance of the shipment.
6. Buyer Regulatory Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, receipt, possession, handling, storage, and use of all products complies with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Peptide Solutions makes no representation that any product is lawful in your jurisdiction.
7. Limited Warranty
We warrant that our products meet the purity specification stated on the corresponding Certificate of Analysis (COA) at the time of shipment. THIS IS THE SOLE WARRANTY PROVIDED. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIDE SOLUTIONS' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY PRODUCT OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR PERSONAL INJURY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Peptide Solutions, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of any product, including any administration to a human or animal; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and documentation — is the property of Peptide Solutions or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, carrier disruption, supply-chain interruption, labor disputes, pandemic, or natural disaster.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Wilmington, Delaware. YOU AND PEPTIDE SOLUTIONS EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
13. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site or purchase of any product after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Electronic Communications
By placing an order, you consent to receive transactional electronic communications (order confirmations, shipping updates, payment instructions, and service notices) at the email address you provide. These communications are not marketing and you cannot opt out of them while an active order is pending.
15. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Compliance statement, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptide Solutions and supersede all prior understandings.
