Shipping Policy
Effective: April 2026
1. Service Area
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. territories. Orders with non-U.S. shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Payments submitted on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day. Orders placed before payment is received remain in pending payment status and are not packed.
3. Carriers & Transit
Shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail or comparable insured carriers. Typical transit time is 2–5 business days within the continental U.S. after dispatch. A tracking number is provided by email once the package leaves our facility.
4. Packaging
All vials are shipped in sealed, tamper-evident packaging with cold-chain insulation where appropriate. Lyophilized peptides are stable for transit at ambient temperature but should be transferred to recommended storage immediately upon receipt.
5. Address Accuracy
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense, or refunded less original shipping and a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. We do not ship to PO boxes for products requiring signature.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the package is accepted by the carrier. If a shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 calendar days of the carrier's last scan or the delivery date, whichever is later. Damaged-on-arrival claims require photos of packaging and contents. See our Refund Policy for resolution terms.
7. Restricted Destinations
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address or jurisdiction where the sale, possession, or import of research compounds is restricted by law. The buyer is solely responsible for verifying that purchase and possession are lawful in their jurisdiction prior to ordering.
8. Signature Confirmation
Signature confirmation may be required at our discretion for higher-value orders or sensitive compounds. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will follow standard re-delivery procedures.
